Read on your device: documents and photos are processed in your browser, not uploaded or stored on our servers.
Identifiers removed first: the privacy shield masks names, numbers and dates before any text is used for coding.
Only clinical terms are shared: just de-identified terms are sent to the official WHO ICD-11 service to find codes.
Nothing kept: we do not store, sell or share your documents, and they are not used to train AI.
You stay in control: clear your data at any time with one tap.

What happens to your documents

A photo or PDF is read in this browser. The privacy shield masks common identifiers, then only the clinical terms are sent to the WHO ICD-11 service. The document itself is not uploaded, stored or sold, and it is not used to train a model.

Rule settings, audit notes, mapping reviews and practice attempts can stay in this browser until you clear them. One tap removes those saved items from this device.

The privacy check

On an audit file, the check looks for common identifier columns before any row is used. A practice file shows the columns it would mask:

Patient-name column — patient_name
Phone column — phone
Email column — email
Identifier column — nin
Address column — address
Date of birth column — date_of_birth
